Hainsworth TITAN™  incorporates TI-technology^TM - a patented double cloth construction that combines the excellent flame retardant properties of Nomex® on the face and the high strength of Kevlar® on the back, resulting in a dynamic fabric that reacts to increase the thermal protection offered, only when it is most needed. The Nomex® face offers excellent thermal protection along with high resistance to abrasion and UV degradation. The stength and thermal stability of Kevlar® is protected on the back away from the effects of UV degradaion.

Hainsworth can offer a range of different finishes to meet the requirements and standards of your specific end use. Complimented by our in house UKAS accredited laboratory, Hainsworth have a rolling programme designed to improve the durability, chemical run off, spray rating, and handle of our finishes. Hainsworth REPEL+™ finish provides an invisible barrier around each fibre of the fabric and has been designed to provide the first line of defence against a range of hazardous chemicals that may be encountered by Riot Police or Fire Fighters. At Hainsworth we test the finish in our own UKAS accredited laboratory to guarantee its performance. It is a durable finish that will last for more than 30 wash dry/cycles and has added stain resistance to aid garment cleaning. Please enquire for further details.
