The John Atkinson by Hainsworth® 100% Cashmere blanket is the most luxurious blanket. From the very beginning of the manufacturing process, our Cashmere is carefully selected for its luxurious handle and softness to ensure we create the most beautifully soft blanket.  Each blanket once woven is hand cut and finished, beautifully bound in satin or silk binding for a very classic look and presented in a John Atkinson by Hainsworth® gift box.

John Atkinson by Hainsworth® blankets are a sub brand of Hainsworth and our blankets are manufactured using only the finest wool. From the very beginning of the process we ensure that only the best natural fibres are used to create our beautiful blankets. All of our woollen blankets are manufactured from raw wool to hand finished blanket at our mill in West Yorkshire enabling us complete control of the full process. Wool is 100% natural and is nature’s performance fibre being one of the earth’s most sustainable resources.

We strongly believe that woollen blankets are the ultimate bedding option. Recent scientific research has shown that when sleeping under wool your heart rate lowers resulting in a more relaxed and rested condition and a more refreshed feeling on awakening. Wool blankets are also breathable keeping you cool when it is hot and warm when it is cold and unlike duvets you can layer woollen blankets to create the ultimate sleeping environment that is right for you.
